We are pleased to announce that our luxury ocean condo project at No. 06, 19th Lane, Colombo 03, is progressing well.
The Partition and Brick Work has been fully completed. Plastering Work is at 98% completion, Painting Work at 75%, Electrical Work at 80%, and Plumbing Work at 90%. Tile Preparation Work is 20% complete, while 15% of Aluminum Doors and Windows have been fixed, with the remainder in progress.
Additionally, 40% of the Fire & Gas systems are complete. Timber Doors, Pantry Cupboards, Sanitary Fittings, and Electrical Accessories are currently being installed, and the tile bed for the 9th Residential Floor is underway.
