16th Floor Structural Progress & Interior Works

We are pleased to present a construction progress update on our luxury ocean condominium development at No. 35, Ramakrishna Road, Colombo 06, where works continue to advance in line with our uncompromising standards.

Structural progress has now reached the 16th Floor, with slab panel laying currently in progress. The development comprises five levels of dedicated car parking and eleven exclusive residential floors, marking a significant construction milestone.

Masonry works are progressing steadily across multiple residential floors, with several levels nearing completion. Electrical conduit installations are advancing in parallel, and wall plastering has already commenced in completed sections, reflecting smooth coordination and consistent construction momentum across the project.

In addition, terrazzo flooring works are in progress within the parking levels, together with remaining external plastering works at the parking floor elevations.
